I am delighted to begin this musical journey with you and your child. By participating in these classes you are acknowledging that active music making brings an opportunity for community sharing, creative expression, movement, complex brain activity, and most of all fun!
Remember, learning to speak, hear, and read language develops through years of encouragement. The same is true of music literacy. Music skills and comprehension develop gradually and steadily in a nurturing environment. I look forward to participating with you in this incredible process.

My Goals for your child are:
1.    to bring your child to musical literacy--the ability to hear, read and write music through a carefully prepared sequence
2.    to develop comprehensive musical skills and enhance overall development in your child
3.    to create a community of fun, motivational music-making for your child and family which will continue through life.
